Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. invites applications for a Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of sub-contractor construction contracts and procurement of materials for capital projects in Arkansas.

You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts across piling, foundations, structure, piping and electrical work; manage changes, closeouts and disputes, and report on contract status with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in contract management; preferably in capital projects or construction.
• Construction purchasing experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for construction disciplines.
• Lead change orders, amendments, and contract close out.
• Monitor contractor performance for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with project management, legal, and procurement teams.
• Provide routine reporting on contract status and risk.
