Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of contract management experience.
• Construction purchasing experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various construction disciplines.
• Draft, review, and formalize contract annexes for project requirements and tools (liquidated damages, incentives).
• Collaborate with Project Management, Legal, and Finance on contract-related issues.
• Manage change orders, amendments, and close-out.
• Routine monitoring of contractor performance for scope, schedule, budget compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on contract status, risk, and compliance.
