Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of sub-contractor construction contracts and procurement of materials and equipment.

The role includes contract development, administration, and close-out, with handling of claims and disputes. You will draft and negotiate contracts, lead procurement efforts, and coordinate with Project Management, legal, and finance teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in contract management; preferably in capital projects or construction.
• Construction purchasing experience required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for various construction disciplines, e.g. Piling, civil foundations, structural steel erection, piping, electrical, etc.
