Job summary

Brothers PKS Paving LLC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships within the paving industry. You will own a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and present proposals to close deals while coordinating with estimating, operations and project management teams.

The ideal candidate has proven sales achievement, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage the full cycle from bidding to contract execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant sales experience.
• Experience carrying an individual quota in sales.
• Experience selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing users to provide value around how users can be more successful with our current portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Engage with clients regularly to understand their upcoming projects, challenges, and long-term needs.
• Align the overall company solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
