Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecom equipment and FTTH architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, inspectors, managers, and subcontractors.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Construction Division, including safety and compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor management, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure timely, quality work and adherence to budgets.
• May perform field duties as needed; support onboarding of subcontractors.
• Foster teamwork and documentation flow with Project Management.
