Job summary

Telcom Construction, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Construction Division, drive safety and efficiency, and coordinate with project teams and executives. The role emphasizes accountability for operations, schedules, quality, and profitability across multiple contracts.

You will monitor KPIs, foster customer satisfaction, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships inside the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or PM field and 2–4 years of hands-on experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience or combination of education and experience required.
• Proven leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong negotiator and consensus builder.
• Commitment to technology-driven process improvement.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Internet; Google Apps preferred.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assumes complete responsibility for the assigned Construction Division, its operations, equipment and facilities.
• Ensures safety requirements and DOT compliance in coordination with EHS.
• Maintains regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to monitor customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and implements continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Monitors KPIs and holds stakeholders accountable to drive productivity and profitability.
• Manages schedule and quality control to meet promises of quality and timeliness.
• Coordinates with Project Management for smooth handoffs and documentation flow.
• Seeks new business opportunities and participates in bid compilation and contract negotiations.
