Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Construction Onboarding Associate (CES) to provide administrative and user-focused support to the client and Onsite Management team at our construction site. The role ensures contract employees, the client, and internal teams receive superior administrative, accounting and HR support to help projects run smoothly.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service
1+ years of experience providing administrative support to a client or team
Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to contractors, clients, and internal team.
Follow Injury Reporting Protocol and maintain contact with internal and medical facilities.
Assist in pre-employment screening including drug screening.
Assist in Random Drug Testing.
Manage client-specific reports and project scope.),
Manage attendance tracking and reporting for client.
Coordinate PPE assignment and distribution.
Handle time-off documents and coordinate approvals.
Offboarding of contractors and maintaining rosters.
Support site orientation process and ensure required certifications and documentation are received
