Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. The role requires managing job sites, trade partner coordination, and ongoing communication with internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

The candidate should have residential construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience is required.
• Strong organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore and Microsoft Office is expected.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites, scheduling and trade partners.
• Conduct site walks, monitor progress, and ensure schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and partners to maintain budgets and timelines.
• Handle daily trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro.
• Provide constructive feedback to Lead Construction Manager on trade partner performance.
