The role requires strong organization, proficiency in MS Office, Build Pro, and Procore, and a valid driver's license; in-person work at job sites with safety compliance and code adherence.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction software and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction from inception to move-in, manage schedules and supervise trade partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall reviews, and final walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and quality standards on all sites.
• Manage daily trade partner communications, change orders, and payment processes.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues and improve processes.
