Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and schedule adherence.
• Supervise construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction meetings.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to control costs.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals in Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and quality.
• Ensure job site safety and code compliance; maintain safety logs.
• Perform inspections and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication.
