Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home builds across assigned communities. The role focuses on supervising sites, coordinating trades, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence while optimizing costs.

The Construction Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver zero-defect, on-time homes. A strong background in residential construction management and proficiency with Build Pro/Procore are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Build Pro, Procore and other CM software to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, manage sites, schedule work and supervise trade partners to meet timelines.
• Lead pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate issues raised by inspectors/trade partners with cost-effective resolutions.
• Manage trade partner communications and approve invoices via Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner performance to improve timeliness and quality.
• Ensure job site safety, code compliance, and maintain safety records.
