Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from inception to move-in, manage sites, schedules and trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and profitability.
• Lead pre-construction and final presentation meetings with stakeholders.
• Negotiate inspector/trade partner issues to protect budget.
• Manage trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro.
• Ensure safety, codes, and maintain logs; perform stormwater inspections.
