Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee homebuilding in assigned communities from start to move-in, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will lead trade partners, supervise site activities, and coordinate with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have residential construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office. The role requires on-site presence and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing job sites, scheduling, and supervising trade partners to ensure adherence to timelines and scopes of work.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and maintain schedule compliance while optimizing profitability.
• Supervise all construction activities on homes from start to finish, including pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, and final presentations.
• Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners to support budget adherence and CIP improvements.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals through Build Pro, ensuring timely notifications and accurate payments.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and attention to detail to leadership.
• Ensure job site safety, code compliance, and maintain safety logs.
• Maintain accurate records, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management for effective communication and problem resolution.
