Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in designated communities, ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time completion. You will supervise trade partners, manage safety and compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver zero-defect homes.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Build Pro and Procore, and the ability to work on-site across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office to streamline workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites and trades.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and schedule adherence.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trades to control costs and timelines.
• Manage documentation, change orders, and safety logs with accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues.
