Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home building in assigned communities, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will manage job sites, trade partners, inspections, and safety compliance to deliver zero-defect homes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely change orders while using Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and improve project tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in home building or construction.
• Experience in residential construction management.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Build Pro, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites and schedules.
• Coordinate trade partners, conduct site walks, and ensure quality standards.
• Review inspections, address issues, and optimize profitability.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management for effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
