Job summary

Lennar is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to oversee homebuilding activities from start to finish in assigned communities. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence and budget compliance while coordinating with trade partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities include site supervision, meetings, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership, organization, and a focus on delivering zero-defect homes and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or 3–5 years in home building/construction.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, manage sites, scheduling, and trade partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Supervise meetings and inspections (pre-construction, pre-drywall, final presentations).
• Negotiate with inspectors/trade partners for cost-effective resolutions.
• Manage communications and invoice approvals via Build Pro.
• Provide feedback on trade partner timeliness and quality.
