Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects. You will coordinate all vendors and subcontractors, drive safety, manage schedules, and ensure contract compliance from site to closeout.

The role requires extensive experience with Last Planner/ pull planning, strong communication, and the ability to travel to active job sites while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in large ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule; update and recover as needed.
• Coordinate site construction activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJs, inspectors, and clients.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per the Project Schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and scheduling; support progress reporting.
• Attend project meetings and assist with vendor/subcontractor management and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with permits and site logistics plans.
