CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to ensure the smooth fulfillment of contracts after design with a strong focus on HVAC/mechanical systems and commercial construction.

The role requires the superintendent to be on-site during heavy construction, coordinating with administrative staff, engineers, and subcontractors, and to travel to job sites as needed. A communicative, results-driven professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects, with HVAC/mechanical systems exposure.
• Ability to manage safety programs, schedules, and coordination with multiple subs.
• Proven communication skills for onsite leadership and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings for scope and constructability, and cost savings.
• Develop construction schedule and manage subs to hit milestones.
• Lead safety program and site logistics coordination.
• Coordinate with commissioning team and warranty processes.
• Schedule startup activities and ensure proper documentation in warranties.
