This position is responsible for sourcing, developing, and maintaining a robust network of builders, developers, and real estate professionals to generate new construction loan opportunities within the approved lending territory. The BDR will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and client satisfaction, while strategically growing Alliance’s market share in an area with minimal current penetration.
