Job summary

Averra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by connecting with mortgage loan officers and broker partners across the country. You will be the voice and heartbeat of our business development team, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

You will manage a high-volume outreach cadence, activate new loan officers, and collaborate with Account Executives to increase production while using CRM and automation tools to track progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (real estate or finance a plus).
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with organization and efficiency.
• Confident communicators on phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners.
• Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts.
• Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions.
• Use CRM and automation tools to track pipeline and performance.
• Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production.
• Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner engaged.
