Job summary

The Loan Store, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth by engaging mortgage loan officers and broker partners nationwide.

You’ll be the first impression, the voice, and heartbeat of our business development team as you build relationships and win new business. In this role you’ll execute high-volume outreach, manage a growing book of business, and collaborate with Account Executives to expand production.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Able to manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Organized and proactive, you take pride in excellence.
• CRM experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners.
• Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts.
• Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions.
• Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance.
• Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production.
• Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with.
