Qualifications

• Three years of experience in insurance claims (preferably construction claims).

• Strong understanding of insurance principles and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality claim handling of construction claims including contacts, coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers to gather information and provide updates; determine eligibility, coverage, liability, and settlements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of claim files and transactions.
• Identify and elevate potential fraud or complex claims for further investigation.
• Coordinate with investigators, legal, and customer service as needed.
