Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle complex claims and negotiate settlements.
• Exceptional customer service for insureds and claimants.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction claims: contact customers, assess coverage, investigate, reserve, negotiate, and resolve.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers to gather information and provide updates.
• Ensure complete documentation of claim files and transactions.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or complex claims.
• Coordinate with investigators, legal, and customer service as needed.
