Qualifications

• Licenses for insurance may be required within three months.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Provides quality service and timely coverage analysis with insured.
• Investigates claims by contacting policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and experts.
• Interviews witnesses and stakeholders, obtaining statements as needed.
• Manages litigation strategy and cost, including counsel selection.
• Negotiates dispositions with insureds or claimants.
• Maintains loss reserves and claim files per procedures.
