Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years liability claim handling experience.
• License(s) may be required within three months.
• Advanced knowledge of liability, damages, and litigation processes.
• Independent decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle assigned severity claims.
• Provide quality customer service and clear coverage analysis communications.
• Investigate claims with appropriate parties to determine liability and damages.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources (subrogation, risk control, experts).
• Manage claim files and adhere to quality standards; use CFA when appropriate.
