• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive claim handling experience.
• Advanced negotiation and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of coverage, liability and damages analysis; litigation management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle assigned severe claims within delegated authority.
• Determine extent of liability and damages through prompt investigations.
• Negotiate dispositions with insureds and claimants or legal representatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources for investigations and subrogation.
• Maintain high file quality and timely communications with insureds.
