Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking Laborers to support form carpenters, concrete operations and masons on active projects. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring physical work and reliability.

Responsibilities include site prep, assembling forms, transporting materials, assisting with finishing, and promoting safe, organized job sites. A HS diploma or GED and valid driver's license are required, along with dependable attendance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Follow safety practices per company program.
• Must take initiative and ask questions.
• Detail-oriented with strong math skills.
• Provide own safety footwear.
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders.
• Reliable with good attendance.
• Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and rough/finishing work.
• Assemble concrete forms and assist with form placement.
• Move materials and assist with concrete pouring and spreading.
• Strip forms after curing and transport them.
• Assist with finish work using power trowels and screeds.
• Support masons with materials and brickwork.
• Assist carpenters with door frames and setup.
• Unload and distribute building materials and tools; keep site organized and safe.
