Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking Laborers to support skilled trades on a safety‑sensitive construction site. You will assist form carpenters, concrete operations, masons, and carpenters with material handling and site setup.

Responsibilities include lifting forms, handling concrete, distributing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe jobsite with daily shut‑down procedures. Requires a HS diploma or GED, valid license, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and finish grading for slabs.
• Assemble concrete forms and assist with form panels.
• Handle concrete bucket from crane and muck slabs for even spread.
• Strip forms after curing and transport for storage.
• Assist finishers with power trowels and screeds.
• Support block masons with cement, lime, sand, and grout bags.
• Assist carpenters with door frames and transport them to work areas.
• Distribute materials and ensure site is swept and well maintained.
• Promote a safe work environment and secure the jobsite daily.
