Job summary

Texas Materials, A CRH company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support paving projects and general construction tasks. You will move between duties, assist with material handling, and help ensure timely progress on job sites.

Expect a safety-first environment, heavy physical work, and the need to follow OSHA/MSHA guidelines. The role may require travel, nights, and weekends to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related experience in construction field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Assist crew with duties: shoveling, raking, and operating basic tools.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew on daily tasks and expectations.
• Assist with traffic control devices and signs as needed.
• Attend to duties as assigned and remain flexible to tasks.
