Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a dependable Laborer to support daily operations on construction sites in Texas. The role involves site preparation, material handling, equipment cleaning, and performing general labor duties to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

You will work with supervisors and skilled trades, operate hand and power tools safely, and follow all safety policies. Must be 18+, pass pre-employment checks, and be willing to travel, work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification or similar safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations and projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work with supervisors and team to complete tasks.
• Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators.
• Report safety concerns and incidents.
