Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a dependable Laborer to support daily operations. The role involves site preparation, material handling, equipment cleanup, and general labor tasks in a safety‑minded environment.

You will work with supervisors and experienced tradespeople, using hand and power tools and adhering to all safety policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant construction experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction, concrete, masonry, or general labor.
• OSHA 10 certification or safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations and projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain clean work areas and facilities.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks.
• Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators as needed.
• Report safety concerns and equipment issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
