Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a dependable Laborer to support daily operations on construction sites across Texas. You will perform general labor, assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment cleanup in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work nights/weekends as needed, and willingness to travel. OSHA 10 or safety training is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related experience in construction.
• OSHA 10 certification or safety training.
• Experience with concrete placement and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks.
• Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators as needed.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and incidents to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
