Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a dependable Laborer to support daily operations through site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and teamwork in a heavy civil environment.

You will load/unload materials, operate hand tools, assist skilled trades, and follow safety policies. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and construction-related experience.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, masonry, or general labor experience.
• Familiarity with concrete placement and finishing techniques.
• Experience operating construction tools and equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification or other safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations and projects.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe manner.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators as needed.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and incidents to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
