Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR initiatives for construction projects and sites.
• Support recruitment for construction and office staff, including postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating communication among staff, supervisors, and management.
• Coordinate training programs for skill development and safety compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and safety standards to ensure compliance.
• Assist in performance management activities including appraisals and feedback.
• Analyze HR data (labor hours, turnover, safety metrics) to identify trends.
