The ideal candidate will manage 500–1200 workers in construction, apply change-management practices, and partner with management on investigations, performance, and discipline. 6-month contract with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing a workforce of 500-1200 in construction.
• Strong knowledge of change management and risk-reduction strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Staffing transactions: hires, promotions, terminations, and records.
• Advise management on investigations, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with HR counterparts to ensure consistency of programs.
