Job summary

Jordan-Foster-Construction-5 seeks an HR Business Partner in training to align HR strategies with construction project goals and on-site operations. You will assist recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management across sites and offices.

You'll work with safety and HR teams to ensure compliance, analyze HR data, and support payroll and benefits administration where needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HR education a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction HR functions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives aligned with construction projects and sites.
• Assist recruitment for construction and office staff, including onboarding.
• Support employee relations and facilitate communication between staff and management.
• Coordinate training programs for skills development and safety compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of employment legislation and safety regulations.
• Assist in performance management activities and feedback processes.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Promote a safe work environment with safety teams and policies.
• Support HR administration, records, payroll, and benefits as needed.
