Job summary

Fessler & Bowman is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support northern offices and teams, working with the HR Director to enforce policies and resolve employee relations issues. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English capabilities and strong HR fundamentals in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, disciplinary actions, reporting, and policy development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or recruiting experience required.
• Experience in policy creation and employee relations preferred.
• Experience in onboarding, benefits, and performance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding for new hires with coordination with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Oversee annual and new-hire benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Manage semi-annual performance evaluations and reporting.
• Handle performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations when needed.
• Support reporting, compliance, and regional HR needs.
• Contribute to EEO and Affirmative Action initiatives.
• Develop policies and written communications in English and Spanish.
• Investigate employee relations issues and conduct exit interviews.
• Serve as point of contact for HR concerns.
