Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or large multi-site organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Supervise HR Generalists/Administrators across locations and partner with BU leadership.
• Advise management on HR policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive regional HR goals, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
