You will manage the pipeline and close deals while collaborating with a seller-doer engineer for pricing and technical sealing.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 plus commission on collected revenue from accounts you develop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry.
• Existing network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the posting market.
• Disciplined pipeline habits: forecastable and honest.
• Comfort discussing specs and schedules with a superintendent and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms.
• Own relationships end to end and drive the pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
• Coordinate proposals with the engineering team: scope, pricing, qualifications.
• Represent the company at industry associations, pre-bid meetings, and client events.
• Report pipeline and results monthly.
