Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Safety certifications and first aid/CPR are required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of field engineering/construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management and development of a field operations team.
• Supervises daily site activities and applies quality control measures.
• Coordinates delivery and allocation of materials and equipment.
• Maintains accurate daily logs and progress reports.
• Communicates updates to project leadership for timely resolution.
• Participates in safety meetings and site inspections.
