Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead field teams, coordinate on-site construction activities, and drive safe, high-quality project execution. The role emphasizes collaboration with project leadership and trade partners to meet schedule and budget goals.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in construction management or related field, 7 years in field operations, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering or construction management.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field personnel to achieve performance and talent development.
• Oversees on-site construction activities per project specifications and standards.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage field costs and change impacts.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Reviews daily field documentation, safety logs, planning docs, and incident records for accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.

Education

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required
