Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals, while maintaining regular field presence to support safe work execution and engagement in high-risk activity planning and controls.
• Coordinate with project managers and project teams to address standard technical questions and resolve general project issues.
• Monitor standard project schedules and budgets, track labor productivity, and report variances to support timely corrective actions based on established guidelines.
• Support the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
• Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and contributes to the development of leading practices with guidance.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field

OSHA 30-Hour Construction preferred

OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required
