Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a field operations professional to support daily site activities and promote collaboration across field teams and trade partners. You will reinforce safety and quality standards, contribute to project documentation, and assist in coordinating prefabrication opportunities with project teams.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 5 years of related field engineering/construction management experience, plus OSHA/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily field operations and contributes to achieving departmental goals.
• Facilitates communication among field teams and trade partners to promote collaboration.
• Reinforces adherence to safety and quality standards by following procedures and participating in site safety meetings.
• Contributes to accurate project documentation and reporting for informed leadership decisions.
• Supports identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities with project teams.
