Hensel Phelps is seeking a Laborer to support skilled trades on construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing areas for concrete, assembling forms, handling materials, and assisting finishers and masons. A safety-sensitive role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable attendance. OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prep areas for concrete placement with final excavation and grading.
• Assemble concrete forms and assist in placing form panels.
• Handle concrete bucket from crane and spread concrete evenly in slabs.
• Strip forms after curing and transport them for storage.
• Assist finishers with moving power trowels and screeds.
• Support masons with transporting bags of cement, lime, sand, and grout.
• Assist carpenters with moving and placing door frames.
• Load, unload, and identify materials, tools, and equipment; keep site organized.
• Help secure the jobsite and communicate hazards to maintain safety.
