Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a detail-oriented Field Coordinator to support our Sullivan, IN project teams onsite. You will work closely with Superintendents and onsite personnel to ensure documentation, field resources, and coordination between office, field, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable in a dynamic construction environment, and proficient with Procore and construction management software. Travel nationwide as needed; onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction coordination or field administration.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
• Comfortable working onsite and with office teams.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations with Superintendents and onsite teams.
• Onboard trades workers and manage project badging.
• Manage site vendors, deliveries, signage, and canteen operations.
• Maintain field binder with contracts, change orders, submittals, and approvals.
• Coordinate field meetings and distribute agendas and minutes.
• Assist with document control in Procore and field-office communication.
