Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity takeoffs and cost research.
• Assist in preparing Opinions of Probable Cost (OPCC) and related design-build estimates.
• Coordinate with PMs, procurement, and field teams to develop accurate cost data and schedules.
• Support project controls and change management with timely reporting and documentation.
