Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline schedules with WBS, activity logic, durations.
• Prepare OPCCs and cost estimates for projects and change discussions.

• Manage QA/QC plans, safety procedures, and field inspections.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders.
