Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Estimator to support basic to moderately complex estimating tasks across construction projects. The role involves take-offs, price list creation, and researching costs to prepare OPCCs for design-build efforts, with coordination across PMs, procurement, and field teams.

As part of a diverse team, you will develop project schedules, assist in change management, and ensure timely delivery of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design-build estimates.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors to obtain current pricing.
• Develop detailed baseline schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Support QA/QC, field inspections and change management processes.
