The role covers preparing OPCCs, bid support, cost analysis, and collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate budgets and schedules. Domestic travel up to 50% may be required; a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of related estimating experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong knowledge of cost databases and material/labor rates.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic to complex quantity take-offs and cost research for OPCCs.
• Prepare OPCCs and support design-build projects.
• Research historical data and develop cost guidelines.
• Coordinate with PMs and procurement for pricing.
• Develop baseline schedules and budgets with project control.
