Responsibilities

• Perform basic to complex quantity take-offs and cost research for OPCCs.
• Prepare OPCCs and support design-build projects.
• Research historical data and develop cost guidelines.
• Coordinate with PMs and procurement for pricing.
• Develop baseline schedules and budgets with project control.
