Job summary

• 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost (OPCC) using Timberline.
• Coordinate pricing with project managers and subcontractors; support pre-bid activities.
• Develop or assist in development of purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Develop detailed baseline schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Assist in managing change management and cost tracking for projects.
